Kevin Kluth started his cleaning journey in the Janitorial business right out of High School in 1980, with a special emphasis on cleaning medical offices. One complaint that he commonly got from his clients was that they couldn’t find a carpet cleaner that they liked. So he decided to get into the carpet cleaning business. After finding he liked this area of cleaning, he naturally branched out into upholstery cleaning, taking many classes and gaining experience along the way.

After many years of building the residential carpet cleaning business, he decided to leave the janitorial business to focus solely on carpet and upholstery cleaning. This gave Kevin the opportunity to branch out once again and begin washing rugs at his facility.

During the time of owning the business, Kevin was able to make countless connections due to his charismatic charm and fine craftsmanship. Many connections he made when he first started the business in the early 80s are still referral partners to this day. Kevin’s kind way of building his business has led to many great employee relationships as well. Today, Pinnacle Eco Clean has 15 employees and specializes in the cleaning of fine textiles all across Rochester and the Finger Lakes region of New York.
