Tony Miklaszewski

Tony Miklaszewski is an entrepreneur, educator, product developer, and founding member of TCREI. He leads New Dimension Cleaning and developed Lux Fabric Protector, now shipped worldwide, and is recognized for his expertise in high-end fabric care, specialty cleaning chemistry, and DISC behavioral training.

Kyle Kluth

Kyle Kluth is a second-generation textile care professional at Pinnacle Eco Clean in Rochester, NY, and founding member of TCREI. With 20+ years in fabric care, he is recognized for his expertise in handmade rugs, modern fiber construction, and educating cleaners on the science behind specialty textiles.

Jim Pemberton

Jim Pemberton is a second-generation industry leader, trainer, and founding member of TCREI. As president of Pembertons Cleaning & Restoration Supply in McKeesport, PA, he has spent 45+ years training cleaners in upholstery care, stain removal, and odor control through his Fabric Pro Hands On Workshop.

Patrick Santoro

Patrick Santoro is a third-generation cleaning professional, owner of ATC Rug Washing, and founding member of TCREI. He led ATC’s pivot into fine textile care, now processing 5,000+ rugs per year, and is recognized for his expertise in antique rugs, designer textiles, and modern marketing for cleaning businesses.

Kevin Kluth

Kevin Kluth is a 45-year veteran of the cleaning industry, owner of Pinnacle Eco Clean, and founding member of TCREI. He grew his business from janitorial roots in 1980 into a 15-employee fine textile operation, and is recognized for his expertise in carpet, upholstery, and rug care across upstate New York.

Are you an experienced textile cleaning professional with a passion for teaching? TCREI is always looking for qualified instructors to join our education team.

As a TCREI instructor, you’ll shape the future of the textile cleaning industry by training and mentoring the next generation of certified professionals. Requirements include:

  • Minimum Level 3 TCREI certification (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of professional textile cleaning experience
  • Demonstrated teaching or mentorship ability
  • Commitment to TCREI’s educational standards and mission
